Just purchased the app! Can't wait to crack on this wkend! It's 8 weeks on Saturday till my wedding and I'm desperate to look my best... I have a couple of questions... The first is what brand of rice milk do u guys use, and is it readily available?! And secondly I get some random patches of eczema which suck... It's only come up in the last few years and I think a lot of it is due to stress... But I get a patch above my eye and it's so annoying... So any advice/products to use would be massively appreciated! Thanks! Xx

Ok great! Might start writing a journal to try and pin point the flair ups! X

Welcome to glowing - I get eczema around my eyes when I eat celery and anything in the family (coriander, fennel, aniseed & parsnip) - so it could be an allergy - the diet might help you highlight it - dairy, wheat, celery.... Keep an open mind & listen to your body. Good luck and enjoy the run up to your wedding!!

Hello gorgeous!! Amazing that you're starting the plan!! I love rude health almond milk or eco mill!! Yes I think using natural products so to not irritate the eczema is best so a natural oil like rose hip, coconut, almond are all great xx

Hi
Well done for taking a life changing step!
I use rice dream. It's in all supermarkets.
Coconut oil is really good for dry patches but I reckon you may find it improves just by being in the plan as once you get going and meditate and exercise- your stress levels will seem less stressful.
Good luck 😘

I but alp to rice milk from Asda. But most supermarkets have it.
Also I have been told diprobase is really good for skin complaints. I used it on my little boy and sorted it in less than a week. And definitely kind to skin. Boots stock it. It's in s little white tube with red writing. Hope that helps.

I use Rude Health milk too, how about organic coconut oil for your skin?

I use the rude health milk, ocado stock it and I assume most supermarkets do. For your skin I use tropic skincare range, I have really sensitive skin and the tropic range is natural!
