Hi! During spring I sometimes feel weak, lacking energy, sleepy, catching colds more often, sometimes nose bleeds. It happens to me every year spring time. What can I do to make my body stronger and more immune? Xx

Hello gorgeous, sorry to hear that!! I find that lots of medicinal foods like ginger, lemon, fresh veggies and cooking with spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic do wonders!! Hope that helps xx

Sorry you're feeling rotten :( locally sourced raw honey and/or bee pollen is meant to be good for hay fever and colds. Try to eat as seasonably as possible, plenty plenty plenty of leafy greens. Not related to season, but more to my cycle - I try and listen to my body throughout the month - so I might eat/sleep/exercise differently depending on what I'm craving. For example I get ravenous when I'm ovulating so instead of sticking to a set amount of food I just eat slowly and always until I'm full.
I'm sure others will have more advice xx
