I really want to be a part of this but I'm allergic to cashew/peanuts and intolerant to all fish and avocados/bananas! Anyone else facing similar issues and have any ideas for substitutes? I've looked through week one and I can't eat several of the meals. :-(

I do like coconut but it's too sweet for savoury dishes where cashews are added. Almost every smoothie recipe out there uses bananas or avocados and both give my crippling stomach ache. It's so hard! I'm going to try and stick with her book and if I can adapt enough recipes I might buy the programme as I'll know I have back up recipes. Thanks for the help girls x

I have ibs too and I found soy was also my intolerance as my dairy and gluten. Madeleine has ibs too

U could substitute nuts for desiccated coconut. Are u allergic to all nuts?

I'm doing the FODMAP diet so there's lots of things I can't eat (avocados, onion, garlic, apples...plus like 50 others!) I've gone through the whole guide and adapted recipes where I can. Like I can't have chickpeas so I'm going to put potatoes in the curry this week instead and some chicken for protein. I think it's doable, you just need to spend some time editing the recipes to fit your needs :)
