What snacks do people go for when they have those monthly cravings? For me it's normally carbs but want to try and find something abit healthier!!

Oohhh, that's an interesting combo. I love both dates and tahini but wouldn't think of having them together. I think I'll give that a try tomorrow!!

Hey I suffer terribly with this, try Ombar raw cacao (recommended by maddie) or her hot choc from first book or any of the date balls etc in the plan, they all help!! Hugs xx
