Breakfast ideas of autoimmune combined with candida diet please- feeling desperate (before your suggest them this means no eggs, no grains even GF, no nuts or seeds, no dairy , no fruit and no nightshade veggies) any ideas anyone ? My gut is so messed up 🙈

I did the same diet for a long time. Tended to have fish for breakfast with greens. I make a nice dip out of just Beetroot, avocado & lemon juice (add garlic if you can) and roast some veg in sticks, bit like vegetable dippy eggs ha. It's tough and breakfast is the hardest, xx

Hey nope no berries it's horrible. At the moment I tried making a soup with bone broth and veggies but getting bored and need some more options. My nutritionist wants me to look at it as any other meal and have meat or fish with veggies but really struggling with that X

How about crepes? Coconut flour, dairy free milk, coconut oil and salt
Or pumpkin pie spiced crumble (substituting the oats)

Berries like blueberries and raspberries should be ok should they? Or are you literally allowed zero fruit
