Good evening Glow squad I hope you’re all having an amazing week!

I want to know...what do you prefer: yoga, meditation or workout?

Yoga works well on here. Something about the workouts doesn't make me want to do them- it could be lack of music....so I feel the exercise more and time is slow. That may be just me as I prefer to dance or do Zumba rather than do formal reps. Life is too short to not have fun.

I love both the workouts and the yoga I feel they really compliment eachother, and as someone who has always worked out and done a lot of weight training I find the workouts and the yoga have given me great strength. Thank you Madeleine :)

Tough call! I only said yoga because I feel like the meditation is not as efficient if I haven't done yoga before but I do love the meditation. And I didn't say I liked the workouts because I'm always so lazy but once I've done them I feel so good! So really I love all three of them haha

I have never done yoga before starting glow guides. But now loving it. I can't get enough. I'm hooked! X
