Doing it later but really looking forward to it- the directions and encouragements are the best ever. Finally after all these years I know how to squat properly and engage the glutes! 😘

All done. Training for a couple half marathons so slight change I workout. Just need to get my eatting habits back on track x

All ready for day 1 yesterday, went on a 20 mile bike ride and came off with my left side taking full impact into a solid fence! Needless to say I can barely breathe- any ideas what exercises I can try whilst my ribs recover? Thanks, Kath
