Right. I am apparently on week 5 or 6... Something like that. But I'm not. I haven't started yet, I keep having half hearted attempts at sticking to the plan. Really need some encouragement to get my head well and truly into this! Any advice girls?!

New Start
I have started twice but whilst crazy at work and travelling too with a few major blips. I am organised now to start again week 1 on Sunday.....lessons learnt on my weakness over past few weeks. Ready to Glow. Anyone else fancy motivating each other?

I'm the same, get a couple of days into it and then seem to lose my way. But I've made a lot of changes too, just wish I could fit in the exercise and yoga 100% 😱

I am the same. A few months of not quite being able to follow it 100%. However small changes are happening constantly and those changes are still a journey forward! I don't stick to it but some days I tell myself even if it's just one meal a day... That's one really healthy meal that I wasn't having before. It's difficult as I have work, two young children and have also been studying. I can't beat myself up that I wasn't a food goddess and gym bunny at he same time. Progress is progress and we all come to this with different hurdles and things to juggle.

Oh yay! Congratulations! #glowbride !!😃Ah I see! It's difficult when they don't want to/can't get on board. Although my other half has been great with some of the meals. A year ago he wouldn't have touched roasted cauliflower and lentils! Lol!
I have just done the yoga and am feeling a little more level headed. Looking forward to getting started with the programme! X

I'm getting married in 9 weeks! But there's no way my other half would do it... He's currently training for an iron man so it's all about the high carbs!! And he's really not fussed about sugar... I try and make him healthier snacks which he does enjoy!
Something in ur mind set will twig and ull get on board! X

I think I might do that. I make a lot of Madeleine's recipes anyway, but it's the in between bits (snack choices or binging on sugar in the eve) that I'm awful for 🙈 and the lack of sticking to the plan! I'm also getting married this year so I really have to get my glow for that! Is anyone else doing it and getting their other half on board too? Xx

Clean out your cupboards and stock up on all the goodies in Madi's shopping list, Try the daily meditations and keep checking the app contents - the community wall really helps to inspire. You can do it and you will feel amazing very quickly

No advice but I can say I have stuck to the plan to the letter for the past 2.5 weeks and am now at my pre-pregnancy weight. You can do it. If you stick to it you will see results. Lets all do it together. X
