It's the weeeekend! Made almond pancakes from the get the glow book. Obvs had an accident with the flipping but was sooo good! I'm going on to week 4 and feel the change in both my body and skin - even though i've been substituting and snacking. The program really is wonderful. I'm glad i chose to do this. 💗
