Hi! Has anyone got any tips of things to eat when recovering from sickness that vaguely sticks within the plan? I was struck down yesterday by a bug and going to attempt to start eating again today xx

Soup is always good. Maybe just concentrate on getting better and have what you fancy and pick up where you left off when you are better xx

Try drinking some Echinacea root tea, it helps to boost your immune system, twinning's Echinacea and Raspberry tea is a great one! Or you could take Echinacea supplement which are a available in boots and I'm sure most health food stores will have them! I know it's not foods but I may help you bounce back quicker! Hope you feel better soon, I'm staring the plan on Sunday can't wait to start! Xx
