Hi lovely people, hope you're all having a nice Sunday. I don't think I'm going to be able to get my 3 meals in today 😞 I didn't have my breakfast til late and I don't fancy trying to cram in two full meals before bed. Will it matter if I just skip the evening chicken salad and just have the roast today??? I'm only on day 1 and I don't want to screw things up before I've started but I also don't want to stuff myself and feel ill either 😷 thanks folks x x

Thanks Lithie, I ended up having the roast chicken at tea time but I did have my date & almond snack this afternoon so I didn't go hungry. I know the more I get into the plan the easier it will be but Sunday is always a funny day food wise for me anyway! Oh well, tomorrow is a new day and I'm all prepped and ready to go!! 😊

Hope it went ok. One of the things that I find keeps me going is the fullness you get from all of the delicious nutritious food on the plan and that stops me from snacking. So don't force yourself to eat when you aren't hungry but remember that eating regularly kerbs those carb cravings. Hope that makes sense xxx

Do what feels right for your body. ☺Don't force yourself to eat something just because it's on the plan. xx
