Hi Everyone!

Starting my 3rd week of Glow guides, i thought i would have found the workouts really hard but they get better. I have been trying my best to stick to the meal plans, i do feel a lot better with myself but it isn't showing on the outer part so much yet. I can't wait to finish the 8 weeks and see the progress i have made and i wish to continue onwards.
