What are the benefits of sauerkraut? I am not a fan. Is it really worth enduring a week of the stuff next week?

Hello lovely, it's fermented so has a lot of good bacteria which is really healing for your gut health and digestion. If you really don't like it then you can leave it out xxx

I think it will do me more harm than good, making me feel nauseous!

I didn't like it. It's good for the guy but wasn't for me.
