Hi Madeleine, I have a quick question. It looks like most people will be doing their work outs in the morning. I'm a nurse and and is going to be impossible for me as I'm at work for 7:30 everyday. My concern is about my energy levels. One date ball will not be enough to keep me going before I do the circuit. Is there a protein you recommend I can substitute? I just know from experience if I don't have enough fuel in my system, I become a shaky hypoglycaemic mess!
