Morning! Was wandering if anyone had any tips for being able to get more sleep I really struggle with getting to sleep for 10pm, and have been waking up in the middle of the night the last few nights 2-3am and have been really tired. I really want to get more sleep to get glowing lol as I know I don't get enough if anyone has any tips? Thanks! Xx 😊

A relaxing bath just before bed, no electronic devices (put phone/laptop/tv away) at least an hour before bed, and natural lavender oil on my pillow does the trick for me. I also find Maddys morning turmeric milk really relaxing

A few drops of natural lavender oil on the pillow. It helps me xx

How about some relaxing bedtime yoga or a nice bath. That always helps me xx
