Hey everyone, hope you're all glowing in this beautiful sunshine! I've just signed up to the programme and I'm super excited to get my health, fitness and wellbeing back on track after I slight relapse into laziness and feeling 'meh'...but I work as cabin crew flying both long and short haul and I was wondering if any of you lovely lot have any tips on how to stick to the plan and make it work for you when you are working shifts, nights and away from home a lot?
