Questions....what is worse..fat or sugar? Better to be low in saturated fat or low carb? Is it worth trying raw unpasteurised dairy or is that just asking for trouble?

Hello gorgeous!! Fat is totally your friend, super nutritious and will do you wonders! Sugar plays havoc with your energy levels so best to avoid the refined stuff!! Hugo for healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocados, grass fed meat, cold water fish and olive oil for dressings xx

I am seeing a very good X clinical nutritionist in Harley street and she has shown me all the proven research that saturated fats have no link to heart disease etc and they are super healthy for us, I have been eating chicken skin, coconut oil, butter, bone broth, fatty meat, avocados and loads of fat and my skin is amazing, my blood results are perfect . Sugar is what is the problem so don't fear fat it's amazing, just avoid trans fats. Look up dr mark hyman he will explain all for you X X

Sugar is worse, but beware trans fats. Whole is best. I am having the odd drop of unpasteurised raw cows milk. It is delicious! Just don't go using it to make your turmeric milk! X
