Love the plan, in week two and just started the workouts (had to miss them week 1). Have to say the work outs are so fast that you risk someone injuring themselves! It's difficult to follow and its counter intuitive in a yoga pose to say 'relax' when you're moving on to the next one less than 2 seconds later. Also starting a work out with such a strong back twist is potentially really bad before someone is warmed up. It's a real shame because everything else on the plan is great, love the food and yoga. Basically I think you have to already be super got and agile to stand any chance of following these workouts.
