Love the plan, in week two and just started the workouts (had to miss them week 1). Have to say the work outs are so fast that you risk someone injuring themselves! It's difficult to follow and its counter intuitive in a yoga pose to say 'relax' when you're moving on to the next one less than 2 seconds later. Also starting a work out with such a strong back twist is potentially really bad before someone is warmed up. It's a real shame because everything else on the plan is great, love the food and yoga. Basically I think you have to already be super got and agile to stand any chance of following these workouts.

Hello gorgeous, so sorry you feel that way. My yoga routines do get easier and practice makes perfect. Printing the workouts or watching hem on TV or laptop is a great way to see more and feel more involved so maybe try this next time and see how it goes you can take it as slowly as you like and spend time in child's pose whenever you feel struggle which is still such a beneficial pose. I hope that helps xx

Thanks everyone! Nice to see such support on this forum! My print out didn't match the video yesterday but I did end up just using the print out, and I'll keep chipping away! If the powers that be could do a beginners version or a slower version I might not feel quite so old and inflexible, but that's just me! :)

I found them very fast too and actually I don't do the exercises just the food. I knew that week 2 was going to be harder and I thought that exercising before work for 7 days meant I'd be exhausted by week 2

Yes, that's a good idea and I don't mean to be negative! I so appreciate this programme. I think to an extent I struggle with working out alone in my front room with shutters to the street closed, feels a bit isolating. Perhaps I should work out in the big kitchen at the back of the house - a bit odd but at least open to the garden! Or combine this programme with 0-5km app or a class... It's finding a routine that matters most I guess.

To make it easier I think print routine and set your phone to timer and just do them as many as you can do in the time frame. This way you will not feel like you can't keep up & I bet you will be surprised what you can do.

Good to hear the encouraging comments. I was also put off by workout one and haven't really continued. It starts too hard for a beginner! Food is amazing though, I adore the recipes and I will try again this week, going back to week one. Maddy, do consider some easier workouts for the early weeks for future versions of the app?

I found them hard too... By the time I get down they are up again! Thought it was just me 😳

I would also start exercise at week one as it's designed to increase week by week. X

They start to become more familiar and easier to follow once you get used to them. If you can go at your own pace as the girls say and in no time you will find it easier 👍

Once you learn the routine they are great...you don't need to keep up with them, just change after each time frame!
