Hello fellow Glow friends! I'm on day 2 of week 1 and I'm loving both the food and workouts. However, I woke this morning with a headache which later progressed to a migraine. Is this normal? I was well hydrated yesterday, am fit and generally eat well, so it's not like my body will be in shock from starting this plan. Any words of wisdom much appreciated! 🙏🏻

Thanks, Madeleine 😘 Thanks, Danielle 😘 I'm feeling so much better this morning, hooray! I did the yoga last night and had an amazing nights sleep. Just finished workout B and about to enjoy a lovely breakfast. Absolutely loving the Glow Guides so far! 😍

Thanks, Danielle 😊 It could potentially be sugar related. I didn't expect for it to kick in so quickly! Hopefully I'm over the worst.

A lot of people have had headaches at the beginning of the guides due to the sudden lack of sugar and/or caffeine. Could this also be the case for you? Your body will adjust in time. ☺
