Does anyone have particular tips about fitting exercise into a super busy life? I'm freelance with a teenage daughter so relatively flexible but have to be there for her mornings and after school and do have a lot of work on! When do you exercise and how often? I'm interested in whether people are combining this programme with other types of exercise too...

Hello brutal full you can split the workouts into 2 20 minute workouts morning and night which a lot of the glow squad finds works a round busy schedules 😘😘

Poppy, how's BBG working out for you? Is it super hard?

In spring and summer I work out in the mornings because I find it easier to get up super early (because of the light). I take cycling and Pilates classes at the gym. I do yoga with Maddie and when I don't feel like the gym I do Shona's exercises. I think the best thing is to try and do what you can. Even if it's 15 min, it counts. There's lots of great short videos in YouTube. I do fitness blender (great channel and 100% free) or Jillian Michael's 30 day shred (also in YouTube) which are all videos of 20-30 min.
Having said that, I can't recommend the fitness blender guys enough for realistic approach and hundreds of free videos.

I work from home so usually try to workout instead of having a lunch break, a mixture of yogaglo yoga, gym cube or Nicky Holender workouts - 30 mins each so can usually squeeze it in. Haven't done one of these workouts yet though because the week I started I hurt my knee 😑 Typical....

Thanks Ella, ginger glow and poppy! Much appreciated. I think scheduling will be key and some early mornings where possible. I must get better at early nights too and glad to hear that you guys mix it up a bit as well! I'll get out my diary tonight and look at what is do-able...

I'm defiantly a morning person... Get up at 5.30 to fit them in... I mix and match the workouts... Occasionally do maddies, some BBG & some gym classes... I also do British military fitness on a Monday evening and play netball on a Tuesday evening - so it's pretty hectic - those days I just do the yoga or stretching in the morning! Can you work out your days at the beginning of the wk or do u only know hours the day before? X

I try and do before work if I can, which sometimes means getting up at 5, but really sets me up for the day. Having said that I did yoga this evening, which was a nice wind down from work.....my work is kind of flexible too. I'd have to be up at 4.15 to work out before getting ready for work tomorrow for example, but I will have a couple of hours free in the afternoon when I can fit it in X
