Heyy lovelies! Have been loving all the workouts , but I already worked out regularly before starting the programme and do love the gym, I especially love going to spin class and body conditioning during the week and wondered if it would be okay to swap some of the work outs from the plan and do the classes instead once or twice a week? As I do love them and they do give me a challenge as do the glow guides work outs! But wandered if it would suit to mix things up a bit 😁 xx

I also do the same and I think mixing it up can only be good for your body. I really enjoy the glow workouts and yoga and they focus on completely different things to my gym classes which tend to be more cardio/ hiit based. I think it's more than fine to dabble in a bit of everything you enjoy 😊

i do the same..i follow the yoga and meditation but follow a different exercise routine...as 40 mins everyday isnt possible with my job

Okayy thanks Hun! Yeah I'm loving the yoga having never done it before the plan, I do find the poses quite challenging which is good! I've book on for body con tomorrow night so will mix things up a bit as I like variety in my work outs to keep me interested 😁 xx

Thats exactly what im doing as i get bored easily, so I do the yoga and workout from the program, then one Dance aerobic class from the local gym And one running outdoors. It is only 4 times a week altogether (well still a huge progress for me vs nothing) but already at week 4 im feeling a lot more toned:) no sugar And meditation every day though! Let me know how you will decide to go:)
