So I've had a few days off plan but not horrific! Had my parents staying at the wkend - which always includes quite a bit of alcohol!!! And then works just been mental so I haven't had any time to do any food prep... 😔 gonna get back on it tho tomorrow... Is it ok for breakfast some mornings just to have a smoothie? I tend to do almond milk, a banana, sunwarrior whey, cacao & maca... Does that seem OK? Or should I take out the protein powder? Thanks in advance ladies! Xx

Sounds good to me! I'm thinking of switching up some of the breakfast as I commute to uni and I don't always have time to cook in the morning I'm on week 2 and swapped having the omlette to today as I have time to make it and I'll have oats tomorrow as it's much easier for me to grab them out the fridge as I have to leave for uni at 7am, in sure it's okay to switch Things a little to bit to suit it around your lifestyle as long as it's still healthy and filling 😁 xx
