I am only on day 3 and even though I love the food and I am not hungry I just don't have the 'you're full' switch. I just don't know how to not stop....especially once I have started. I work from home which also means I am near the kitchen. I have 2 boys too, they are good eaters so when they have a sandwich, homemade flapjacks etc...that's when (even though I try) I have my afternoon snack but then just can't stop. it gets me so down then I'm on a downward spiral.
