I am only on day 3 and even though I love the food and I am not hungry I just don't have the 'you're full' switch. I just don't know how to not stop....especially once I have started. I work from home which also means I am near the kitchen. I have 2 boys too, they are good eaters so when they have a sandwich, homemade flapjacks etc...that's when (even though I try) I have my afternoon snack but then just can't stop. it gets me so down then I'm on a downward spiral.

Hello love have some water or cup of tea it could be that you need some more hydration and that can satisfy you. Stick to your snack in the afternoon when the boys have a flapjack and that will be great xx

Hey it's only day three. Don't despair. It is hard to retrain yourself but if you say to yourself that you will wait twenty mins after eating your meals as that's how long it takes for brain to register fullness. Also ask yourself how it will make you feel - physically and mentally if you have it. If you do eat it enjoy it and don't beat yourself up xx

Totally get u on this... I'm a nanny and look after 2 girls and I struggle with their tea time 😫 my aim is just to try not to even start...!!! Once I start I think to hell with it and keep going... I've recently been chopping up loads of veg (carrots, celery, peppers, cucumber) and having that while I'm making dinner and while their eating - it's also my time to sit with a cup of tea and my afternoon date ball! Hope this helps even a little bit! X
