So, I am in week 5, and this is the 5th Thursday that I have gotten a headache. Usually lasts till Friday night, and always comes on after the Thursday morning yoga or workout session. This is either the sugar of the Sunday glass of wine coming out? Or the exercise induced migraine I suffer from protesting at a daily workout? Or the stress of the working week? Either way, I need to change something as this is driving me bonkers and headache pills don't do anything for it :( feeling sorry for myself

Yes, I'm really short sighted and have to wear glasses all the time so have my eyesight checked regularly. It never changes. I am currently being tested for under active thyroid, but no results back yet. Am wondering if there is a link there?

Yep, drink loads of water and herbal tea......doing all the right things, I can't fathom what's causing it
