Hi lovely ladies!
Any advise welcome. Ok this is the thing with me. I find it really hard to eat in the day after breakfast, I just have zero appetite. I sometimes don't eat and it's ok and sometimes do but it can feel like force feeding and that isn't enjoyable. If I don't eat sometimes I feel a bit floaty then anxious which is horrible! Any ideas what I can do, any kind of supplement or non food food I could have?
Any one else have this problem?
