We just got back from Spain with the kids. Everything came with chips, literally everything. If I ordered salad I got a bowl of iceberg with tomato which I don't eat, cucumber and tinned tuna and no dressing, If I ordered fresh fish Nd swapped chips for salad, the salad was limp with no dressing. So I ate fresh fish with chips...a lot! Very uninspiring!

What are some workouts to do without equipment or an accessible gym? And how about some for if you can't bring trainers cause you don't have enough packing space!

I always over think exercise and food and can never fully just enjoy!

Ooh great theme! I always have good intentions of making some energy balls the day before.. but then run out of time packing! (Plus they go soggy in the heat) - so which shop-bought healthy snacks would you recommend? Nakd bars / Bounce balls etc.. Also, if you're going to enjoy a drink, which alcohol is best? Thanks! 😀

what to look for and avoid in ready made snacks? it's hard to make power balls etc when on the move and I sometimes end up grabbing stuff from a petrol station or tesco. xxx

What are your thoughts on having high protein bars? Not necessarily ones that are raw, refined sugar free etc. Is it better than snacking on junk?

What can you do when you have breakfast but you cant eat anything for hours because you are out and about on the holiday OR you dont want to eat too often because of budget, so after breakfast next meal is dinner.

It's mainly my mentality.. Holidays are for chilling out, not exercising... There for treats, not restricting... I'll drink every day because that's the vibe! And I genuinely feel lazier on holiday!!! X

What are the best options when you have to eat on the go or in places where healthy options are limited? E.g. I recently traveled through Norway and one day we only had time to stop at either a petrol station or a local bakery! 😱
