Any tips for low energy? Today I've had kale with breakfast, coffee, turmeric -tastic juice and now a matcha tea and date ball! Hoping I'll feel good any moment now lol! Any tips much appreciated 😘

Yep had leftover chickpea curry today at lunch and chicken cashew stir-fry for dinner 😘 think I'm just adapting to the change xx
