Having a bit of a low today. I feel great in myself and have stuck to the plan completely the last week but haven't lost any weight this week. About to start week7 and really nervous I'm not going to reach my goal by the end. Also nervous to finish and not have the regimented meal plans that I think have helped me so much.

Try to stop weighing yourself every week if you can. Explore doing every other week or even once a month. I used to weigh myself every day, and the result can really affect your mood. Now I do it once a month, and I feel much better for it. The scales don't measure all the positive changes you have made, so don't give them more influence than they deserve X

Hello gorgeous yes you can go back through the plan and incorporate any other of my recipes which will be fab and you can have a nice variety!! Remember it's a journey and everything balances out in the end gorgeous xx

When I finished I just started again and added a few meals from the book instead of the plan ones I wasn't so keen on. I'm still losing but had weeks where I didn't. Try to look at it as a plan for life. I've been going since January and I know have got totally into clean eating. I have days that are not so clean but it hasn't affected the weight loss.
If you don't have so much to lose it will slow down. Don't be down - it's all good 🙏
