Back on the plan after a month off! Still fairly clean but feeling bad after lack of exercise 😩 can't wait to get back on track. Also found the massive jar of sauerkraut in tesco for £1.19! Is this type ok or does it need to be organic/say it's fermented etc? Thanks glow girls X

Thank you maddie :) live in a very rural area so foods like that are hard to come buy. I'll try on Amazon xxx

Hello lovely, raw is best! You can get it at health food stores or online! Planet organic is great xx

Oh no - yes it does say pasteurised! But only ingredients are cabbage, salt and vinegar. Oh well, the search continues - thanks for your responses ladies xx

I believe it's fine on the shelf from the supermarket I've never seen it in the fridge section as long as the only ingredients are cabbage and salt and there are no preservatives added it should be fine, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure, hope that helps 😊😊 xx

Make sure that it is not pasteurised as it won't have any beneficial bacteria if it is. Generally if it is not in the cold section and does not say unpasteurised on it it's not going to have any of the health benefits it's meant to. Another way the supermarkets mislead people X
