Celebrating week 8!!! have to say it has been a fantastic 8 weeks. What am i taking away? the yoga, meditation and great recipes. have to admit at week 7 recipes start to repeat but by then i felt sufficiently confident and ready to play around and adapt my own menus. Following this i can honestly say i have more energy and am much more balanced. Have i fallen off track? of course, im only human and old habits are hard to get rid off...but im working on them and getting better. This isnt the end of a journey simply a milestone as its a lifestyle change snd a journey that im continuing!!!!! xx

Wow congrats!!! 👏👏👏 maybe you would know answer to this question. looking over the meal plans I noticed not much fruit or smoothies etc. do you know if the plan is trying to cut down on sugar even from fruit? That was my only conclusion. I'm so used to having a piece of fruit for breakfast or green smoothie this will be different for me. Also did you find that eating one date ball for snack was sufficient between lunch and dinner? 😉😉

I am the same! After a couple of restarts finally getting to week 8. Recipes do start to repeat and I don't think I need the 8 week plan anymore as I know which recipes I like/the ones I don't like and can play around with the recipes from Maddy's books also. I did need the 8 week programme to transform me into this way of eating and it really has.... But now feel like I can fly solo but still enjoy the glow guides community.

I can't wait for week 8 to try these. Although I'm rubbish at making brownies. Did they need longer than they said in the oven?
