If anyone is suffering from IBS, I recently discovered the low FODMAP diet via the Monash University in Melbourne. 3 days in and it's working wonders, I can just adapt Madeleine's recipes accordingly ❤️

Doing it for one week and then I'll going to see an NHS FODMAP practitioner recommended by Kings College London xxx

Just make sure you don't do it long term other wise you kill off too much good bacteria in your gut and will end up worse off X X.
