Madeleine - we can't have eggs in our diet because my 1 year old is highly allergic and even reacts to egg proteins via my breastmilk... What could we use instead when your recipe has an egg in it? xx

You can make vegan 'eggs' with chia and flax seeds. 1 tablespoon chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water will creating binding effect of an egg in recipes that need the binding.

But for recipes like an omelette you can just have porridge or avocado on rye, feel free to mix up the meals to your liking. You don't have to have the eggs at allI! Avocado works well too as its filling 😘😘
