I always hear people say squats make your bum big! Do the squats in the workouts make your bum big? I am not a fan of bums and want a smaller bum 😕😕

Considering how much time we spend seating and atrophying our glutes, squats will only help in shaping and toning.
In general, it's very hard to make muscles bigger, especially for women. It takes very specific food and exercise program together with supplements.

It will grow the muscles but burn the fat!! So don't worry, they just make your bum perkier ;)
