Hey glow girls. I'm still sticking to food, but no matter how much water I drink, I can't shift the feeling that I am constantly on the cusp of a headache. Am doing yoga but finding it hard to do the workouts as I don't want to induce a migraine! I'm week 7 and been like this the last 10 days or so (which has been a very stressful time, granted). I was losing inches and feeling much better when I was exercising so really want to get back to it. Any tips? X

Actually, I have considered that, my friend had one but it didn't help her. I have a big CEO meeting tomorrow so today is not the ideal day to try it, but I might go on Friday and give it a go X

Have you considered a daith piercing? I know a few people who have had them done and have good results. There is only anecdotal evidence but might be worth looking in to? X

It's not my eyes, they are tested regularly. I am a migraine sufferer, under the doctor and have daily medication to try and manage it. I'm wondering if there is maybe a natural remedy I could try as well. A particular spice or something that is good

Sorry if I've replied with this comment before but have u had an eye test recently? I used to get constant headaches before I got glasses. Or maybe your blood pressure is slightly on the high side? Maybe go see your gp if it's going on for a while. Sounds like your diet & exercise is perfect 😇

I don't think I was sleeping great last week, but I've been much better this week and feel like I am eating plenty....maybe this is all just a hangover from the last 2 mental weeks, maybe I need to give myself some more time to rest. Gonna try and finish work early tonight and do a yoga. Maybe I will be ok for a workout tomorrow morning
