Apart from a few dodgy days when unexpectedly had to eat out feel I'm doing ok - On week 3 and 4lbs lost and less bloated. Struggled to do more than 1 or 2 exercise sessions a week with the exhaustion from having two boys as the little one is up 6-8 times a night. Feel the next week might be challenging as it's coming up to that time of the month and I just want wine, chocolate and carbs! Don't want to ruin all my good work. Must stay strong.
