So general opinion seems to be that stress is preventing my body from having a normal monthly cycle. I'm working full time and studying too so life is pretty full on. Please could you share any tips you may have on combatting stress. Thank you glow gang 💚

It's called a practice for a reason :) it's so super hard to switch off, but you can train the mind and the change will happen quicker than you think. X

That's the skill you have to learn... Being able to quieten your mind...

I found reading Eckhart Tolle's book they key to learning how to do that. Grab it off Amazon or listen to it on Audible - it's called A New Earth. xx

I have tried yoga but get frustrated because it gives me time to overthink things :( I can't really switch off :( X
