So I've not had a very good morning so far 😔 I came into work and had a melt down at my boss!!! I keep thinking I'm ok but I now realise I'm not... I have 5 wks till my weddings, getting up at 5.30am to go to the gym and not getting home till 10 at night due to other exercise commitments or dancing lessons/social... And I'm shattered... So I 'treated' myself to pancakes with Nutella 😫🙈 I really don't want to go back to my old ways but I need time & sleep!!!! X

Thanks everyone... My boss booked me in for a massage and a facial tomorrow and there taking a half day... Honestly there amazing - I have a melt down and they treat me!! (I'm a nanny if anyone's wondering!!!) so yep I'm gonna take it really easy this wkend... We're off camping so getting out of the London air 😅

you really need to listen to your body hon and slow down or else you will be really unwell which you don't want. Xx

You're over tired and obviously having a major stress at the mo with all the commitments you have.
TAKE A DAY OFF!!!! HAVE A DAY FOR YOU!! Like a massage or a mani and pedi. Go for a blow out! 😊 seriously it's clear you're under a lot of pressure, and melt downs pretty much is your body saying slow down. I've been there and my best advice is to take a day off for your self. 😘 Sending much love and positive vibes.

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate? And are getting too little sleep. Is there anyway you can reduce your workouts to once a day?
