Heyy everyone! Feeling very tired this morning, and already had 2 cups of coffee 🙈 won't have any more! But craving sugar as well, probably due to tiredness and am also feeling quite stressed as I have my final 2nd year uni deadline next week, any tips to help combat these cravings? Already have my yoga scheduled in this evening, but any other tips? Xx

Have you tried a cacao energy ball? Or make Madeleine's Nutella sauce? Failing that, a cube of dark chocolate might do the trick xx
