Hi there!! Question with the fitness portion of the Glow Guides is it ok to balance out the strength training and yoga workouts with walking/jogging (cardio)?

Absolutely fine, do whatever works for you as long as your enjoying your exercise, I tend to do the glow guides work outs twice a week and do gym classes and go for a run once a week of the weather okay to mix it up on the other days as well as the yoga 😊
