So I've had a weird few weeks of constant headaches and a very stressful period at work meaning I've barely worked out. I've stuck to food 90% of the time with a couple of off plan meals, but never processed. Got the result I wanted at work on Thursday so celebrated with a bottle of red and a takeaway pizza! Week 7 so counting that as my intuitive meal! Don't feel bad about it although I am still bloated but back on plan now and getting ready to enjoy week 8! Can't believe I am here already X
