As a working mum I have been struggling to do the work outs. I have just started doing Davina McCall 15 minute workouts and am having some success at sticking to it. Easy to follow on my phone (as my kids moan that their cartoons aren't on the tv if I have an exercise video!!), no equipment needed and over so quickly that mentally I don't dread it before or after a long day. I know it's probably not as good as doing the longer more thorough videos in glow guides.... But given that I just didn't have the time/energy with kids, work and study - I am figuring this is better than nothing at all! Thought I would share in case anyone else is in the same position.
