As a working mum I have been struggling to do the work outs. I have just started doing Davina McCall 15 minute workouts and am having some success at sticking to it. Easy to follow on my phone (as my kids moan that their cartoons aren't on the tv if I have an exercise video!!), no equipment needed and over so quickly that mentally I don't dread it before or after a long day. I know it's probably not as good as doing the longer more thorough videos in glow guides.... But given that I just didn't have the time/energy with kids, work and study - I am figuring this is better than nothing at all! Thought I would share in case anyone else is in the same position.

It's hard with the glow guides work out because if I was single and in my 20's then they would be ideal. I appreciate that these routines can't be aimed at everyone's needs so it isn't a criticism. Maybe once I get in to a routine with these 15 minute routines I could switch back to glow guides workouts.

I like doing HIIT work outs - loads on you tube (body coach, fitness blender) or I make up my own circuits of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest of things like high knees, burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and then repeat each circuit 4 times so the workout lasts about 20 mins. I'm usually in bits at the end of it but I find I can do it in the kitchen or bedroom and it's easy to fit in to a day. Xx
