Hello! It's been a while since I've followed the exercise plan and want to get back into it. I already do 2 yoga classes a week so it's the workouts that I'm really interested in - only trouble is that I struggle to find the time to fit in full workouts. Do you think it would be ok to reduce the number of reps of each circuit, so that the workout was only about 30 minutes?

Yes that fine lovely, you can tailor it to hat ever you prefer 😘😘

Thanks everyone! I think I'm just gonna try doing 1 or 2 short workouts during the week plus a full length workout at the weekend. Something's gotta be better than nothing! I'll let you know how I get on... 💪🏼🏋🏼😀

Hi welcome back 😊. I cut them short or do a you tube 15 min exercise now as I just can't do 45 mins. Xx

Sometimes if I'm short on time I'll do 2 circuits then a speed round (1/2 time) , then two core circuits. Usually last 35 minutes including a warm up

Not sure!A question for Madie!
But probably better than nothing!
Or just get up a bit earlier!That's what I have been doing.A bit of a struggle at first,but I'm hoping this will ease off once the adjustment period is over...
