So I want you all to comment below with what week of the programme you're on, make some friends and support each other. Nike - with the bloating it is your body just adjusting to the change in diet it will ease off and just be sure to drink lots of water, stay hydrated and eat your 3 balanced meals 😘😘

I've finished so now technically on week 9...am enjoying the odd treat like the raspberry and pistachio brownies from week 8, but generally sticking to the principles of the plan. Life's about balance though, the plan taught me a lot about being kind to myself so it's important to keep that as one of the biggest takeaways X

I've completed the programme, felt great. I've realised how much I still need the support and encouragement from the community, especially when things aren't going well. I agree princess is an amazing support. I love reading everyone's posts it makes me remember to be kind to myself. ❤️

I'm on week 4. No longer craving chocolate or carbs even on stressful days. Haven't given up wine, can't let that go yet but probably should. Snacking a bit more than I should on super tired days but at least they are healthy snacks now. My 16 month old is now on a gluten free, cows dairy free, yeast free, sugar free diet and as I'm still breastfeeding so am I - making me stick to the diet more than I probably would have otherwise. Fitting in 2 yoga sessions a week and feeling stronger even on just that. Hope to have a little one who sleeps on round 2 (or sooner would be good!) so I have enough energy to do the other workouts too. Was beating myself up about not doing it all like others have said but need to realistic so I enjoy it too and can stick with it longer term. A veggie plan would be amazing as I'm having to to lots of substituting from the books. It's fine but makes planning harder and I'm conscious I don't want to miss out crucial nutrients by choosing the wrong meals.

Hi Vicki, totally agree!Going in easy on yourself is so important too!I tend to beat myself up too if I don't follow the programme 'perfectly'.I guess am also scared of my 'slacker/destructive side' that will then take it too easy-lol!
But I do believe one needs to have a treat day!xx

Hey all! I'm on week 5 and had fallen off the wagon at the weekend, but I'm determined to persevere to the end of the 8 weeks (then repeat the program). I find I beat myself up if I don't follow it 'perfectly', e.g. If I miss a few workouts, so I'm learning to go easy on myself. Weekends are my downfall as I'm in the habit of eating out or having more treats/ junk when watching movies etc. It's such a nice feeling going easy on yourself though - please try it. Often! All the best 😘

Hi all!Am on week 2 and struggling this week,as a very busy week with lots of evening commitments as well as daytime,so as much as I've tried I have not been able to prep all the food in the eves for the following day and had a soya coffee everyday and a couple of glasses of wine at a work do on Monday. However I fit in all the exercises-which I love! Both of them the yoga and other! But it left me without any relaxing me time whatsoever and lack of sleep.Therefor feeling very tired (as well as good from making some major changes) But the tiredness is making me crack a bit and can't quite keep up the purist regime, which I would love to..
How are you guys coping with social events and busy schedules on the programme???
❤️

I have been sticking to the principles now for almost two weeks and am feeling much better without refined sugar, alcohol etc. I plan to start week 1 properly on Sunday combining the exercise and meditations. Will try and remember to write how each week has gone 💕😊

restarted as a couple of weeks in I lost focus and attention with exams and work - but so excited to throw myself back into it. I sleep better, get clearer skin and generally get the glow when I can give it my full attention! x

Sounds like you're all doing amazing 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 keep going girls! With chocolate cravings, make sure you munch on dark leafy greens - it's full of magnesium just like chocolate and sip on some sweet drinks like cinnamon tea or liquorice and peppermint. R M Raithby - mucking out horses definitely counts as a workout! Don't feel deflated. I designed this programme for people who sit at a desk all day so don't feel like you need to start again - just fit in the workouts when you can and try to give yourself some 'you' time with some relaxing yoga 💙❤️💚 keep me posted with your progress on the community wall xxxx

Firstly I want to say Pincess you are amazing. You are constantly supporting everyone.
I am going to start from week one again. I have changed many positive things in my life but I still do find it hard to stick to the program. I will start on Sunday.
All the best to everyone, keep up the amazing changes for a positive life. 😘
