Hi guys! Has anyone here done the BBG? I was wondering if it's worth it, how hard it really is and if you think it's easy to keep up after the program's finished. Thanks!

I've started BBG since finishing the 8 weeks and exercise wise have really enjoyed the transition and feel like it's pushing me more and more. But the girls are right, there's not as much as a lovely holistic feel compared to the glow guides but I love the exercise part! But I'm defo still using both of the guides I.e recipes and yoga from here and then BBG for the exercise :)

Overall, I think it's a great program and I loved how quick the workouts were, but it really just didn't suit me. đź‘Ť

I've tried it but couldn't manage to stick at it, I found it repetitive and find working out to videos a better motivator personally compared to a pdf. However it is really effective, and you definitely wake up feeling worked.

Hiya, I haven't, I did body coach and LDNM before this but have now found my forever guide in glow guides. Most of those plans from Kayla, Ashy Bines, Emily Skye etc are quite similar I think, great if you want some new workouts to try, but not as holistic as this one X
