Hi everyone, I work shifts and am currently about to start a run of three nights starting at 19:45 and finishing at 07:45 and I'm not sure what to do about food! Should I have my evening meal before I go? Lunch at midnight and breakfast before bed? Or try and keep in order? Any help would be great!! X

I don't know if you are anything like me but I just felt sick on night shifts. So I had a big meal before I went, small snack midway threw the night then breakfast when I wake up. X

Hello gorgeous, my advice would be treat it as a normal day. So before the night shift have a big brekkie o big dinner then lunch as your break and dinner or brekkie when you get in xxxx

It's tricky isn't it! I would have the energy packed meal just before you go, the biggest mea half way through your shift, and the lightest meal at the end before bed. xx
