I want to make a healthy version for sparkling juice any tips what to use

I was gonna do with coconut water and sparkling water and add pineapple, lime , mint - like a Mojita @madeleine

Sparkling water is recommended if craving sugar. I steer clear from fruit juices but I was gonna add coconut water and real fruit to the water

Sparkling water is usually just carbonated... It's not very good for you per se, but it doesn't have any sugar etc added if you want to liven it up with fruit juices etc xx

I wonder what they use to make sparkling water. I was planning on a coconut lemon, pineapple lime mint kind a tropical Mojita theme

I would squeeze an orange into some sparkling water and add an orange slice to it. Something simple and easy xx
