
I'm just starting week 5 and I have some questions.
*I really struggle to eat a full chicken breast, I much prefer half a chicken breast. Is this okay?
*You mention eating fermented foods, where is the best place to buy these,?

Hello gorgeous!! Half a chicken great is absolutely fine! I get fermented food from Amazon, planet organic and ocado. Planet organic do deliveries and ocado is really reliable xx
