Morning all. So I massively over indulged at the weekend and I've woken up feeling awful. I feel sluggish, bloated and very uncomfortable. Any tips on how to feel my best again? This is not the best way to start of the week 😢😢

Hello gorgeous!! Lots of fluids and ginger and lemon is great. I find yoga helps too and a walks hope you feel better soon xx

Get back on it today and drink lots of water. I'm starting today as well 🙌🏻 xx

I know that feeling oh too well. I couldn't really find a quick fix. But did find just sticking to the plan for the day really helped. And lemon water.
