Yep, yoga and Pilates are the best for posture. I'd still recommend setting a reminder on your phone every once in a while to sit up straight if you're at a computer all day long.

Without a doubt, so many of the exercises and even just the breathing make the body more conscious of correct posture and create a stronger core which is essential for good posture and prevents back injury
