Been following glow guides pretty much since the beginning with quite a number of hiccups along the way-but hey I'm human! A recent hiccup - my 1st wedding anniversary - has turned into a two week see saw of over eating to not eating enough and defiantly not drinking enough water as its Ramadan now and living in Abu Dhabi I respect this. Has anyone got any tips to 1. Get back on track and 2. A way of drinking more water first thing and last thing during the day?

I've got a water bottle with a diffuser in it, so can add nice things today I've got raspberry and mint! Makes me drink more!

Hello lovely!! First thing you do pour a pint of water. You can make it have more flavour by adding, lemon, lime and mint to it and this may help you drink more of it xx

I've recently been advised by a homeopath to drink more water (even though I thought I drank a decent amount!) and he has advised me to drink a big part of my water in the first half of the day to help my digestion etc. So I now get up and before I do anything else, I drink 3 big glasses of water. The first couple of days were a bit of a struggle but then it almost felt as though my body needed it. I then jump in the shower and if I have time before I leave for work, I have another glass. I won't deny that I'm busting for the loo by the time I reach work but I've found it a good way of up G my water intake early in the day. Good luck!
