Been following glow guides pretty much since the beginning with quite a number of hiccups along the way-but hey I'm human! A recent hiccup - my 1st wedding anniversary - has turned into a two week see saw of over eating to not eating enough and defiantly not drinking enough water as its Ramadan now and living in Abu Dhabi I respect this. Has anyone got any tips to 1. Get back on track and 2. A way of drinking more water first thing and last thing during the day?
